1. Products & Pricing
- We deal in original perfume decants and samples.
- All prices are listed in PKR and may be subject to change without notice.
2. Payment Terms
- We accept advance payments only via bank transfer.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
3. Order Confirmation
- Orders are confirmed only after payment is received.
- Customers will receive a confirmation message or email upon successful payment.
4. Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the nature of our products (fragrance decants), returns or exchanges are not allowed unless the item delivered is incorrect or damaged.
- Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proof (images/video).
